Sharon teaches classes on stress reduction, relaxation skills, facilitated groups for people dealing with anxiety and panic and worked with individuals one on one in Biofeedback. She also spent considerable time as a family caregiver for her aging mother. Sharon has recorded her own CD of guided visualization so that people can benefit from her soothing voice in the comfort of their own home.
